Placing an order does not mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been made, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied outside the stated promotion period. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, or events beyond our reasonable control. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms. For hygiene reasons, opened, worn or washed socks are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Singapore consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our name, branding, images and text, belongs to or is licensed to The Pilates Pantry and may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. User Content

If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant us permission to use, repost or display it for our business and marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from website interruptions, delivery delays or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
