RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We hope you love your order. If something is not right, please read the policy below before contacting us.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, worn or washed socks unless the item is damaged or incorrect from the time of purchase.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at thepilatespantry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue
3. Eligible Returns or Remedies

We may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund where appropriate if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, worn or washed socks
  • Sale or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear
5. Return Approval

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If your request is approved, we will provide the next steps.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to your payment provider’s processing time.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Singapore consumer law.
