Orders
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is only accepted once we process and confirm or dispatch it.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your order has not been packed or dispatched, we will try our best to help. Once it has been processed, changes may not be possible.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at thepilatespantry@gmail.com. If your parcel has already been sent, additional shipping charges may apply.

What size do your socks fit?
Our grip socks are designed to fit EU 36–42.
What makes your grip socks different?
Our socks are designed for comfort and grip during Pilates and other movement practices, with features such as heel-to-toe grip coverage, ribbed arch support and half-terry cushioning.
Are the grips durable?
Yes, with proper care. Grip durability depends on frequency of use, care and the surfaces used.
Care
How should I wash my grip socks?
We recommend cold wash or gentle hand wash, and air drying. Please avoid bleach, ironing and high heat drying.
Can I tumble dry them?
We do not recommend tumble drying.
Shipping
Do you ship within Singapore?
Yes, we currently ship within Singapore only.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. If we expand to international shipping in future, updates will be shared on our website and social media pages.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weekends, public holidays and promotional periods.
How much is mailing?
We currently offer free mailing for all orders within Singapore.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Please contact us and we will do our best to help check on it.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, worn or washed socks unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will advise on the next steps.
Can I return sale items?
Sale or final sale items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law.
Payments and Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
What happens if a promo ends before I check out?
Promotions apply only within the stated period. If a promotion has ended before checkout is completed, the normal price may apply.
